Spanish Flowers App 10% Cash Back Promotion: Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Eligibility & Channel. Offer is valid only for orders placed through the Spanish Flowers App, while logged into a valid user account. Participating restaurants include: Spanish Flowers Cocina Mexicana, Spanish Flowers Mexican Restaurant – North Freeway, and Spanish Flowers Seafood.
   2. Minimum Purchase. Cash back applies to individual orders of $30 or more per transaction (subtotal only; taxes, fees, and tips excluded).
   3. Reward. Qualifying orders earn 10% cash back, credited to the user’s in-app balance (“SF Wallet”). Wallet credits have no cash value, are promotional only, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   4. Payment Method Requirement. Cash back is earned only on app orders paid with a valid debit or credit card. Orders paid using Wallet balance do not generate cash back.
   5. Posting Time. Cash back may take up to 5 business days to appear in the Wallet.
   6. Redemption. Cash back can only be used on future app purchases and cannot be applied to the same transaction in which it is earned.
   7. Non-Transferability. Cash back accumulates per user account, is non-transferable, and cannot be shared or combined.
   8. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations. If an order is refunded, cancelled, or voided (in whole or in part), Spanish Flowers may reverse or deduct the corresponding cash back.
   9. Limitations & Combinations. Unless explicitly stated, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
   10. Fraud & Abuse. Suspected abuse, manipulation, or violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of cash back and/or account suspension.
   11. Calculation Method. Cash back is calculated at 10% of the eligible subtotal and applied in whole dollar amounts, following standard rounding rules.
   12. Changes. Spanish Flowers reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, where permitted by law.
   13. Governing Terms. Participation is subject to the Spanish Flowers App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, these promotion Terms & Conditions prevail.
